Magnolia Suite
Step into the light and bright Magnolia Suite and you'll feel that instant relaxed feeling. The room has a huge and comfy sectional sofa that will make you want to curl up and read a book or watch tv. The space features a king-sized bed with fresh soft linens and fluffy pillows. There is a table that can be used for dining or as a desk for working remotely. The Magnolia can accommodate up to 3 Guests.
The spa-like bathroom is completely new with an oversized glass and tile shower, pedestal sink, and oversized towels. The floor-to-ceiling windows provide a view of a lush wooded area at the back of the home where the Suite is located.
A ramp to the private deck equipped with seating and a gas bbq grill is a bonus, especially for guests that want extra privacy.
Willow Suite
The Willow Suite features a comfy king-sized bed, original beadboard, leaded glass in the floor-to-ceiling windows, and crown molding. Charm and comfort best describe this suite. Plenty of cozy seating including a sofa that pulls out to a full bed. The Willow can accommodate up to 3 Guests.
In the morning brew a cup of coffee with the Keurig and head out to the beautiful wrap-around porch facing our 2 gorgeous oak trees. There is seating right outside your door with ceiling fans to keep cool on those warm Summer days.
Azalea Suite
Step into the charming Azalea Suite, where timeless elegance meets cozy comfort. With window seating, exposed brick, and French doors leading to the bedroom, this suite exudes character and warmth. The spacious bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed with soft linens and fluffy pillows, creating the perfect space for rest and relaxation. The Azalea suite can accommodate up to 2 Guests.
For those who need to work while away, a desk is conveniently located in the bedroom for a quiet, productive space.

Fern Suite
Welcome to The Fern Suite, a coastal haven that perfectly captures the charm of laid-back elegance.
Located on the tranquil West side of the home, this suite offers a private deck surrounded by lush greenery, providing a peaceful, secluded retreat for those seeking a more intimate escape. The Fern can accommodate a maximum of 2 Guests.

The suite features a cozy queen-sized bed adorned with soft linens and plush pillows. With its light, soothing blue tones, and stylish rattan accents, The Fern Suite offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it the perfect coastal getaway in Mississippi.
Lemongrass Loft
Step into the perfect blend of comfort and style at The Mockingbird Inn’s charming loft suite, The Lemongrass Loft. With the cozy ambiance you love and the vibrant, modern flair of a trendy loft, this unique space offers an unforgettable stay. This Lemongrass Loft can accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests.
On the first floor, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for preparing meals or enjoying a snack. Head upstairs to the spacious living room, complete with two inviting bedrooms and a full bath. A cozy coffee nook and a convenient desk space make this loft perfect for both relaxation and productivity.

Please note, there are 18 carpeted steps leading to the second floor, so guests should be comfortable with stair access.​ Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate children or pets in this unit.
